I would say that Bye Bye Body Fat Boot Camp is waaaay better and more effective than going to a gym because in the boot camp you’re working with a team.  When you go to the gym, it’s sometimes just hard to motivate yourself.  Sometimes, you just need that extra push and great people to work with in a fitness environment.
