You won’t believe it is a workout when you join our boot camp in Richmond Hill. The only way you will realize you have been working is you’ll be feeling better and you will be getting fit. We plan your session for an hour for at least twice a week and you get a total body workout. Participants of all ages will benefit as well those of all fitness levels. You will do yoga, core strengthening, body sculpting, circuit training and no contact cardio combat exercises. Most of all you will have a blast and get results. You won’t feel that you are competing with others in the camp, only yourself as you will be challenging yourself to do better at each session. If you did 15 jumping jacks last time then try to do 18 or more this time. It is up to you!

It will be what you need and not what someone else needs. We help you start a nutritional lifestyle that will stay with you.
