When you join bootcamps it is a way to get results in a short time and to do this in a healthy way. Everyone is invited to use the Thornhill boot camp for help with your fitness plan. We welcome all fitness levels, a variety of ages, men and women and those with health issues that might need some extra attention. We will provide a workout for the whole body. The one hour session will include a variety of elements. One day it could be interval training, plyometrics and kettlebells and the next day it could add some variety. We will create the sessions to fit each of our campers and keep it varied.
A Step Above
Bootcamp in Thornhill also goes a step above fitness routines. Our friendly staff even gets to know you and what elements will help keep you motivated. We help keep the camp sessions on the small side to allow our staff one-on-one time with each camper. This helps us teach you proper technique of the exercises as well as making sure you continue to do the program correctly to help you get results. We adjust exercises if needed to help you be more productive. We push you only as far as you are ready to go and you are encouraged to improve a little more at each session. This could mean doing just one more push up or three more jumping jacks, but it is an improvement. It won’t be difficult because as you keep working at every session you’ll start to get stronger and have more energy allowing you to do more.
Our staff provides nutritional counseling as well. Eating a proper diet works with your exercises to help you get healthy and lose weight. A few simple changes are all you need and our certified staff knows how to help. You’ll get recommendations that will improve your eating habits and you will learn such things as portion control. The recipe ideas we provide especially for you will be tasty and easy to help you get on the right nutritional path.
