ARE YOUR BOOT CAMPS FOR MEN AND WOMEN?
YES! Feel free to bring any of your friends, family, children and/or significant others. What better way to get results by receiving the support and encouragement from those closest to you. Our program can apply to anyone who struggles to lose weight.
I HAVE NO EXERCISE EXPERIENCE AND/OR HAVE INJURIES. CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?
Yes you can! Bye Bye Body Fat Boot Camps are designed for anyone at any level of fitness. It does not matter what your age, weight, or experience level is. Our boot camps are individually tailored for you personal fitness goals. You must be physically fit and/or approved by a doctor to participate in our program. Otherwise you are okay to register.
CAN YOU REALLY GUARANTEE RESULTS?
Yes. Our program has been extensively researched, formulated, and tested over countless hours. It is the ideal program for fast and efficient fat loss, and if followed exactly as outlined results are inevitable.
DO YOU OFFER A FULL REFUND IF I AM NOT 100% NOT SATISFIED?
Yes, absolutely. There is no risk here. If you are not 100% after your first 30 days, we will give you a full refund. REMEMBER, you are more than welcome to come in for a FREE workout anyways.
WHO WILL INSTRUCT THE BOOT CAMPS AND ARE THEY CREDIBLE?
All of our coaches are expert fitness and wellness specialists, who have nationally recognized certifications and degrees. They have all gone through extensive training hours and education to become experts in their field. Our head trainer is Ray Ortiz, who carries a university degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. He is also a certified personal trainer, nutrition and wellness specialist, and holds numerous other fitness certifications. We guarantee that you will always be provided with the most current health and fitness resources.
HOW LONG IS EACH BOOT CAMP SESSION?
Classes run at approximately 45 minutes in length.
HOW LONG DO THE BOOT CAMPS RUN?
Bye Bye Body Fat Boot Camps are ongoing throughout the year with the exception of some holidays.
HOW LARGE ARE THE BOOT CAMPS?
Each boot camp ranges from 12-25 people. We purposely keep our classes sizes small so that each participant can get individual time and attention with our instructors. It’s a group class, but we provide one-on-one personal training experience to ensure that each person achieves their fitness goals.
IS THIS BOOT CAMP A “MILITARY-STYLE” WORKOUT, WHERE THE COACHES USE AN AGGRESSIVE OR INTIMIDATING STYLE OF INSTRUCTING?
No not at all. Our instructors are NOT drill sergeants. When we say “Boot Camp”, we refer to group training at a high physical intensity of exercise. Our instructors are here to motivate and encourage each participant, but not in an intimidating fashion. Don’t get us wrong, we will make sure you work hard to the most of your body’s capabilities. That is the only way you will get results. But you will have the full support of all of our staff and fellow campers!
WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHING DO I WEAR?
Dress to sweat! Wear comfortable and breathable exercise apparel.
SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING TO THE BOOT CAMPS?
Bring a bottle of water, a soft/yoga mat, and towel. We provide the rest!
