For people to become successful in reaching their fat loss goals, it’s very important that they formulate a game plan.
It is not enough that we have ideas or intentions for living a healthier lifestyle, we must manifest these ideas into a physical reality.
GOAL SETTING is not just important for reaching your fat loss goals, but, it’s your key to success towards reaching all of your personal goals in general.

GOAL SETTING – 3 Easy Steps:
STEP 1: COMMIT TO YOURSELF
- A lot of times, we put a lot of things before ourselves such as work, friends, family, chores, entertainment, and the list goes on. The fact of the matter is, if you commit to yourself and your health, you will be better equipped to handle more tasks.
STEP 2: WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS
- This is the first step towards manifesting your ideas/intentions into a physical reality. Start of by writing down 3 fitness goals, and posting reminders of them in as many places as possible. For example, on the refrigerator, computer screen, on the dashboard of your car, or anywhere else you can see it often.
STEP 3: TAKE ACTION
- You can be as motivated as you want, write down as many goals as you want, BUT, if you don’t do anything about it, it ends up being a waste of energy. Don’t waste any of that positive energy. I hear it time and time again from my personal coaches: ‘TAKE MASSIVE ACTION’
If you can implement these 3 basic principles into your daily routine, you will no doubt reach your fat loss goals in no time!
